The Process

We’ll start 1–2 weeks before your project with a signed contract, deposit, and a questionnaire to gather your vision, content, and details. Then, we’ll align everything during a kickoff strategy call to ensure we’re on the same page.

I’ll create the website’s style direction and homepage wireframe for your review. With your feedback, we’ll refine the vision and prepare for the full website build.

Using the finalized wireframe, I’ll design your entire website and deliver the first draft for your review. After applying your feedback, we’ll work together to refine the design further.

We’ll make final adjustments to perfect the design, links, and SEO while ensuring every detail is polished. Once you’re happy with the results, your website will be ready to launch!

Before launch day, I’ll handle domain connections, finalize SEO, and provide you with launch graphics and a walkthrough video. You’ll be fully equipped to manage and celebrate your new website!

How long does a custom website take to complete?

Can you help me with my website copy?

Ideally, we’d like to receive this from you beforehand, but don’t worry if you struggle with copy! We'll provide prompts and guidance to help you and make edits to what you provide as I incorporate it into your website layout. Alternatively, you can work with a copywriter and provide your website copy document before our project begins.

What if the deadline isn’t met?

Time is of the essence in all my projects. If delays occur due to late content or feedback, a late fee of [$150/day] will apply to accommodate extended timelines. I encourage timely communication to keep everything on track

Do you offer payment plans?

Absolutely. A 50% deposit secures your spot, with the remaining balance split into two smaller payments: one mid-project and one upon final delivery. We also offer one-time payment which gives you a discount.

What happens if I need more revisions after launch?

The Signature Web Experience includes two rounds of revisions before launch. If you need additional tweaks afterward, I offer post-launch support at an hourly rate at $30/hr.
