Before we book the project, we want to ensure we’re a match! Complete the application here and book a call. Then sign the contract and complete your initial payment to secure your slot and get started. Once accepted, I'll give you access to the client portal.

You'll need to choose your template and prep everything we need to customize your site (branding, copy, photos).We’ll send over some homework. to be prepared before the start date.

With everything already prepped and ready to go, we'll dive straight into customizing your site. You won't hear much from us for the first couple days.

We'll finish up customizing the site and get to work on the revisions.

We'll do a last check in to make sure there are no final changes to be made, and then we'll launch your beautiful new site!

Can you help me with my website copy?

Ideally, we’d like to receive this from you beforehand, but don’t worry if you struggle with copy! We'll provide prompts and guidance to help you and make edits to what you provide as I incorporate it into your website layout. Alternatively, you can work with a copywriter and provide your website copy document before our project begins.

How much time do I need to set aside for this?

The timeline for template customization is 2 weeks. To ensure everything runs smoothly, we recommend setting aside a few weeks beforehand to gather your content, images, and other prep work. Once the project begins, timely feedback is essential to stay on schedule.

We ask that you provide feedback or approvals within the due date of receiving updates to keep the timeline on track. If feedback is delayed, a late fee of $150 per day will be applied, so it’s best to avoid any disruptions.

Be sure to choose a project date that doesn’t overlap with vacations or major commitments to allow you to fully participate in the process.

Do you offer payment plans?

Absolutely. A 50% deposit secures your spot, with the remaining balance split into two smaller payments: one mid-project and one upon final delivery. We also offer one-time payment which gives you a discount.

Is the template included in the cost?

Yes, if you choose to use a template from our template library. If you'd like to use one from another template shop, you'll need to purchase it separately. If none of our templates fit your vibe, you may choose your own but I first have to assess the template to make sure it fits my design style and if we’re a match, you'll share the template with me for customization.

Will my site look exactly like the template I choose?

Nope! We'll be making the template you choose completely your own by customizing it with your branding, fonts, colors, photos and copy. We'll even rearrange canvases and custom design a couple canvases if the template is missing something that you really need.
