Template Policies

1. OWNERSHIP AND USAGE RIGHTS 

• All design templates are the exclusive property of Creubloom Studio. You are prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or claiming these designs as your own.
• Designers may use these templates as a foundation for creating designs for their clients, provided that Creubloom Studio's site credit remains intact. Designers may add a credit such as "Customized by [Designer's Name]." Distributing these templates to individuals who have not purchased them is strictly forbidden.

2. WEBSITE CREDIT

• Upon purchasing a template, you are required to display appropriate credit in the footer of your website, including an active hyperlink to Creubloom Studio's website.

3. PLATFORM COMPATIBILITY 

• These templates are designed exclusively for use with the Showit platform and are not intended for other website platforms.
• To utilize these templates, you must have a paid Showit subscription and may need additional software or purchases, which are not included in the template's purchase price.
• Hosting, backup, storage, and related services are provided by Showit. Creubloom Studio is not responsible for these services. Please review Showit's terms of service for more information.
• While we strive to ensure compatibility, we cannot guarantee that the templates will function flawlessly with future updates to Showit or various web browsers.

4. TECHNICAL SUPPORT

• We provide technical support for issues directly related to the template itself. For general Showit questions or technical issues unrelated to the template, please contact Showit's support team.

5. CONTENT USAGE AND LICENSING

• Our templates are not legally affiliated with Showit. Any images, custom fonts, or graphics included are for illustrative purposes only.
• You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary licenses to use any provided content.
• While we source images from free online stock websites, we cannot guarantee their ongoing availability.
• Creubloom Studio assumes no responsibility for issues related to the usage of images, fonts, and illustrations, including licensing or copyright infringements.

6. LICENSING FOR PROMOTIONAL USE

• By purchasing our designs, you grant Creubloom Studio a permanent, royalty-free license to use representations of your website for promotional purposes on our website and social media platforms.

7. PRICING AND PAYMENT

• All prices are listed in USD.
• Creubloom Studio reserves the right to modify template pricing at any time, with or without prior notice. No discounts or refunds will be provided to match previous pricing.
• If templates go on sale after your purchase, you are not entitled to retroactive discounts or refunds.

8. PAYMENT PLAN TERMS

• If you select a payment plan option at checkout, you are required to complete the plan as agreed upon. Failure to do so may result in legal action.
• You authorize Creubloom Studio to retain access to your financial and contact information, stored by our third-party financial processing company, until your payment plan is successfully completed.
• All outstanding payments will be automatically deducted from your account as specified in the invoice. You are responsible for ensuring that your chosen payment method remains valid and has sufficient funds to cover all remaining payments.
• Creubloom Studio reserves the right to pursue legal remedies to recover any outstanding debts. After 30 days of late payment, we may initiate collections proceedings, at which point you will be liable for the total outstanding amount plus any associated collection costs, including reasonable attorney's fees.

9. FINAL SALE

• Due to the digital nature of our products, templates cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged after purchase. All sales are final.
• Prior to making your purchase, it is your responsibility to thoroughly review the demo websites, pages, and template contents to ensure you understand the scope of each template.

10. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

• Templates are digital products and will be delivered electronically upon purchase. No physical product will be shipped.

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Creubloom Studio. By purchasing a digital product from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
